NOTE: Minimum workload is 18 Units. In Select Courses Rounds 1 and 2, you will have a total of 23 Units available. In Round 3, the limit increases to 25 Units (or your maximum workload). Please follow your recommended schedule as closely as possible to avoid clashes, lest courses not be offered in the semester you intend to take them.
How to bid step-by-step:
How to overload / underload:
If you are planning to overload beyond your maximum workload, DO NOT appeal on EduRec as it will be directed to the Dean's office (which might not be attended to due to the many queries they receive everyday). Email Ms Karen Ho ([email protected]) with the following details:
1. Matriculation number (the one that starts with A)
2. Number of Units you intend to take
3. Modules taking
4. Reason for overloading / underloading
5. Current GPA
After a successful appeal, the additional Units will only be visible in Round 3.
