On the side note,
Would having virtual pets make you feel better? Chrome extension "Tabby Cat" is an extension where you get different pet animals as you open every new tab and they are super cute!!! Our committee also recommends journalling as a great method. It is better to let it go when you don't feel that great, instead of holding in and be troubled. Alternatively, you can always count on your friends! Or if you just want to talk to a stranger, feel free to contact us here. Disclaimer: We are no counselling experts so take our suggestions with a pinch of salt, but we are always here to help if you ever need! |
